Wow, I’ve really been neglecting this blog. Life got very busy, very fast. A TV episode was filmed in my living room which meant that I had to be out of the house for about 12 hours at a time. Although I was still maintaing a healthy diet, I did slip on the working out. I’ve finally pulled myself out of the rut and gotten back into daily workouts. 

Yesterday was my first time running in 2 weeks, so I probably shouldn’t have gone for the whole 5k, but I did. This was brutal, my hips completely gave out on my halfway through. I’m blaming this on my time off and the fact that my pelvis is crooked. Tonight I went to bootcamp at the gym, and that kicked my ass!

I am noticing changes in my body, shirts fall nicer and jeans are looser. I can feel my hips bones more and my waist is more defined. I’ve even picked up the habit of sleeping naked, which is honestly the best habit ever. It’s so freeing and I can see how much my body is physically changing. 

It’s great to be back to my workouts :)

Just got done an 8AM spin class and it was the best ever!!! I really noticed how much stronger I’ve become. Now off to the cabin for the rest of the weekend, visiting with my parents and granny <3
